Not every but every second second she's there smiling asking us to buy in to a crap game Oh that's a dress to die in The there again theory It'll wear you out deary Cos she's there again passing yours and my way again We can dodge her jive faking eyes but inevitably we land somethin 'bout flies Whose the sucker now Whose scraping bow is she gonna greet billboards posters promos she reigns undefeated never treated to a second without her flyers under feet She's the cause we're to blame Soak in it roast in it Put all that in our pipes and spin the shit back as if we've always known it Its the pop trash cool cash The stuff she's made of will be followed happily with caps out What to do 'bout it? If it fits well Bob let them yell about it Won't raise hell 'bout it Slip away meekly now that we've found her out we'll let her false rhymes fall flat too bad that's that

Deadlines

I love deadlines Oh Yes I do Never a rush job Never confused I'm always on time (Never the last y'all) I tick and then chime Tip tap tip tap Tryin' Tick tock tick tock Flyin'!!

All Is Well

I read the Times, Listened to the beeb, Chatted with friends, Considered my navel, Opened and closed files, Watched the Playboy channel, Talked to a tramp on The Strand, Looked to the heavens, Studied the form, Spoke with the pope, And spun with his sons, Scanned the horizon, Surfed on the net, Dialled a chat line (not the best bet), Purveyed the scene, Hooked up with a geek, Troubled a neighbour And blabbed on and on, Inquired of people about this and about that, I checked high and low, Left no stone unturned, Spun to my olds, Questioned the young, They had nothing to say but plenty to tell.... After all this I am pleased to report All in all, ALL IS WELL !!!

The Carve

We are fine ..... Snows on time Push over punter ..... Gotta carve lines Smooth drops await ..... Urges to placate Dreams on the back burner Real things rate Blue skies smilin' at me ..... Nothin' but blue skies, do I Charge in! I'm larger in life Than a wheelie bin from Turin Well spin mountain lovin' kin Any who dis Just ain't in touch with what counts Pull a rabbit out You bring the snow I'll bring the stout Shout out loud Were gonna ride ride ride ride Scream downhill ride till we're ... erm ...tired? (well its better than "fired" or "admired" or "by the devil inspired").

The Rescue

I saw her stranded in the middle of the ocean The tropical fish were jumping ! The sharks were zeroing in on her - she screamed for help! I leapt into the water and swam to her rescue! I saved her from the sharks and we got married! Just call me Ron .....Ron Johnson
